“Windows at the Horizon 2010-2011” - The International Center of Cultures is designing and developing a series of educational, collage mosaic art posters from museums throughout the world. The purpose of these poster editions is to capture the various profiles and angles of each museum’s collection, spirit and personality. This poster will be distributed free-of-charge by the Ministry of Education of Mexico (SEP), with collaboration of the National Council for the Arts (CONACULTA) to all high schools in Mexico (including schools where an electrical supply is unavailable).
